This department is managed 24 hours a day by experienced nursing staff and resident neonatologists. This department has 10 newborn beds and 6 NICU beds, and one bed in isolation room. The beds include a baby warmer, an incubator for babies and a bed for newborns. The NICU department has all facilities and equipment for special care of premature babies and babies born with acute respiratory problems. Also, in the department, all facilities are provided for mothers with hospitalized babies, including a special room for mothers, educational videos, electric breast pump, etc. Also, breastfeeding problems of mothers are solved with the presence of breastfeeding counseling for better nutrition. All the specialized equipment for taking care of babies, including: ventilators for babies - phototherapy devices with different number of lamps - baby monitoring - CPAP machines and blenders for providing oxygen to unwell babies, and beds for babies are available in the department.
