We are determined to prevent accidents by planning, training and practicing correctly and taking safety measures and to have the necessary preparation to respond to possible events. Therefore, the hospital has been examined from the three dimensions of structure (building), non-structural and functional, and necessary measures have been taken in order to improve and promote safety. Hospital staff are continuously trained and do the necessary exercises. After the incident, the quick warning system is activated and the necessary notifications are made. The hospital has an incident command system so that in emergency and weak situations, all people can be identified and a timely and quick response can be provided. According to the decision of the incident commander, according to the instructions and regulations, the necessary measures will be taken until the return to normal.
